According to former arsenal left back, aubameyang needs to win more trophies to be considered an arsenal legend. Winterburn said:"if pierre-Emerick Aubameyang keeps scoring like he has been over the next three years of his contract, then he'll be heading in the right direction to achieving legendary status at arsenal.
Aubameyang has been performing at a consistent level since joining arsenal from Borussia Dortmund scoring 72 goals in 112 games. He has won 1 Fa cup during his time in Arsenal but need to add more honors to really be considered as great. Aubameyang is well loved by the fans and some already consider him to be a legend at the club.
"I look back at players that people consider legendary at the Arsenal, then i look at what they won for the football club and they didn't win that much.
"The number of trophies players i played with won, in comparison to the amount Aubameyang could win, It's clear he is not going to win the same amount of trophies.
"Then eventually when he leaves- it depends always on what circumstances he leave; then he will be regarded as one of the legends of the club".
